At Paniza Brewing, we are more than just a business. We are a family, crafting premium, classic recipes with the finest organic ingredients, ensuring every sip is a taste of our shared passion.

Named after the founders’ family name, Paniza Brewing reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.

Our journey began in 2011 with a passion for homebrewing. After years of perfecting techniques and styles, we joined Canada’s largest homebrew community in 2017 and garnered multiple awards in 2018.
